    easyway really took a big blow when chatime and all the new tea stores opened up. They used to be a monopoly even tho they produced very sugary tea and low quality milk tea, but now with chatime and sharetea that use fresh juice(share tea) and premium tea (chatime), i dont think they have a chance.

        Haven't had Easy way for a long while, but I liked it better (or my memory does.) Chai Time seems grainier texture, not as smooth (Taro milk tea). Plus they always seem to take ages to make it.
