          I thought the same but they did do 20% off gaming preorders the other day as an hourly sale. So maybe not for these spend $X to receive $X off deals but there's still a way to get discounts.

    The lack of the game pre-orders kinda bums me out. Although I get why they do it.
    Seems a few people are angry, maybe they should do at least a 5% discount on them or something just to appease some people.

    they increased $20 to the CANON MG7160BK Multifunction Printer, and still dare to say "THAT'S 20% OFF Offer ends 06-Oct-14"

    so after apply the code, you're basically end up where you started had they not offer the code & increase the price. Was looking to get this printer but not gonna get it from DSE now.

    Why they do this to attract negative feedback i wonder. Lost faith in DSE discounts.

    A glitch?
    Had destiny and 3x $7 headphones and unity in my cart.
    Destiny and headphones were click and collect by default and had $20 deducted with code. Unity was seperate with home delivery and had $20 deducted also. I have a picture but don't know how to post it..

    'Free' worthless apps
    DSE sales which excludes half the store.

    Seriously, in the terms and conditions, the exclusions is nearly as long as all the rest combined.

    Either that or the stock is in the single digits. Take some back orders or call it clearance

    Can't you just run a sale on the items on 'special' and have enough stock?

    Successful transaction, billed on paypal and order# on DSE - are they taking their time to email out the codes?

      I am also sailing in same boat paid for four haven't received none payment gone through received order no. And now comes more worst part on next promotion tried 4 times none gone through but been charged all time 2 on PayPal and two on credit card only received one refund till now waiting for 3 more

          One thing I knew for sure if you have been charged but dick has no order no. In their system they will not issue you that article they will refund money.

          That's the thing, I've got the order number on their website, in my account. I've got 2 order histories with them now (first time buying online) and both for the $10 gift card.
          Last weeks one, no problem - this weeks one, got the order number, got the paypal bill, no card in the email.

        Hang on, that kind of behaviour is just going to get them stopping doing deals, when you say lodge a dispute, I assume you mean just take it up with them and discuss it to have their customer service people fix it?

        (I've done that, I figure their busy, it's not urgent so I thought I might give em 1 or 2 more days)

        I saw one fella had already lost his marbles and gone to the ACCC, which seems a bit excessive. Would I be right in thinking most people who contacted them have eventually been looked after? I also wonder if DSE's systems got thrown about cause of that idiot who put through 18 of the damn things in one morning :/ ruining it for everyone?

          I didn't tried to be abusive just requested them they say they haven't received any orders like that from me or charged me I have sent my credit card statement pic am d paypal transaction ID no. They refused so I just escalate issue to PayPal they will figure and give DSE all info regarding transaction hopefully then they will believe

          I personally love DSE deals specially Gaming Preorders no one in world can beat DSE on that even US cant brand new game go for 60$ in there or $55 in stores like wallmart I guess by lodging claim means me and DSE will now communicate on PayPal as recording evedience also they can acquire all info from paypal site

      In exactly the same boat - paid by paypal, showing completed on DSE website under account details & I have received nothing.
      I sent them a query email the other day but figure possibly every man & his woof are sending dispute emails a little $5 issue like mine is hardly going to get looked at anytime soon.
