  • Add $39 from Apple to have it running Snow Kitty.

I think snow leopard will cost $14.95 if you get a mac before december

    • 1) unsure if 9288 is authorised Apple reseller
      2) this model advertised isn't current model, so I don't think cheap upgrade applies

I should tell u guys that 'Nvidia Geforce 9400M' display card is a "VERY AMAZING GOOD" one …..

My friend's Dell XPS because of it needed to bring it to Dell and replace it for 4 times :)
My BenQ S41 laptop used the same series display card, and they don't even admit it's the display card problem and refuse to replace it for free :)

Also currently some US comsumers are suing Apple, Dell and HP for this faulty card:

If you feel interest, you can log in MSN to see what happen to my Geforce 9600 card

The 9400M is integrated into the motherboard chipset… It's not a seperate chip and it isn't one of the ones affected by the whole G92 core etc fiasco.

The ones referred to in that article are the Macbook PRO models from 2007/2008 with the 8600M gpu. The normal Macbook never had an nvidia graphics card until now.

All the current nvidia chips in macs are fine. Stop spreading FUD when you have nfi…

      • actually… 9600 is integrated also :) that's y u needa changed the whole motherboard after the 'nice' display chipset broken … well, buy one u may see

  • I stuck my nose in here thinking "bloody overpriced Macs blah, blah…"; but damned if this isn't a very decent little machine for quite a respectable price! Good show! ;)
