Probably not. Most Pre-Workouts contain stimulants that will make erections harder to achieve and less.. effective.
Some pump products act sort of like Viagra giving more blood flow etc, so I guess a pre-workout that has a component of pump products wouldn't hurt, but wouldn't help either - given most "workout" supplements are quackery at best.
Ask a medical professional before using pump or pre-workout products or if you have concerns about the quality of your erections.
Just a heads-up, the product is Promera Peak 400, not 100 as stated in the title.
