Same, I'd avoid. I placed an order with them on eBay and they sent the wrong item. When contacted they refused to accept and tried delaying any contact until past the 30 day mark required to make a claim via PayPal. Got a refund in the end but won't buy from them again.
Been buying from this site for years now, never had issues with their service. Lately I noticed smaller packages have been taking longer to arrive (longest was 75 days) but they did arrive. Generally items arrive 2 - 4 weeks after dispatch.
So far they have replied messages/emails and did store credit or full refund for items that were wrong, missing or broken.
Price wise they are consistently cheaper compared to the other sites.
If you are in doubt, just pay the extra 1 dollar and get the package sent registered.
I paid $10 extra for "first class express" and registered. They are liars and sneaky.
I've know of people to have purchased from them only to receive faulty goods. Then they were unable to return them as Auspost will not ship products containing lithium batteries.
Buyer beware I was only just lucky enough to get a refund through paypal after my package never arrived. They accused me of not speaking english where I asked where my package was.
