  • is it compatible to Nokia mobile?

  • looks good but dosent appear to be compatiable with eee pc as per link to chart they provide

    nice catch.
It's funny cotd qouted their offer as the WORLDS BEST PRICE
But lowest price on ebay is AU$33.4+AU$8.07.

  • I would buy one if it works with Asus EEEPC 1000H. I google but can't find anyone used it with Asus EEEPC.

    • In the picture, that cord with the one small pin looks a bit like the EEEPC plug-in, but I can't be sure. I think by the time we find out it will be gone…

  • Anyone has any idea how to find out whether it is compatible with certain notebooks? The chart it provided seem to be too technical.

    I'm using a Lenovo 3000 N200 by the way.

  • Some user feedback indicates the tips included aren't as advertised. For example, the N29 tip (for recent ThinkPads like the T60) is supposedly not in the box, so it may mean several weeks wait to get it plus extra expense if they don't agree to send it for free.

Car and aeroplane adapters included. Seems like a good deal to me. Targus equivalent is double the price

      Car and aeroplane adapters included.

The car/plane adaptor is only useful if you fly business/first class.

If you are flying on the A380 then it is not needed.
Qantas A380's have a regular 240v power outlet in every seat so you can plug anything in.

No the car adapter is useful if you drive any car. And a few airlines have power plugs in economy class as well.

        • -1

I was referring to the plane side of things as those who do not travel frequently might think it can be used in any plane seat.

A few airlines do have DC power in economy however it is never in in all seats and there are no Australian carriers who offer economy power, as this is an Australian site that is why i originally mentioned it (except Qantas with the A380 however no special adaptor is needed, and that is not a domestic use plane)

@anthony: Because I am sure plenty of Australian's fly international flights, especially with current prices. You seem to be making an issue out of nothing, perhaps consider giving it a rest.

            • -1

@Cobalt_: I wasn't trying to make an issue out of anything, i was just trying to add some information for those who do not know as much about in flight power.

              'nuff said.

perhaps consider giving it a rest.

Thought the comment you just made was not constructive in any way.
Maybe you are the one who needs to give it a rest.

@anthony: The point I made was the price is good, its a genuine bargain, its cheaper than an equivalent competitor product and that it comes with extra accessories that people could find useful. You however have gone off on a tangent about the plane adapter not being useful, when in fact many people may find it useful.

It's clear that you dont know when to give it a rest, especially after your continued rant/edit after saying "nuff said"

                  I never said different

You however have gone off on a tangent about the plane adapter not being useful, when in fact many people may find it useful.

                  Tangent?
Its directly related to the products use.

I didnt say it would never be useful rather that the majority of seats do not have a DC power outlet.

The term "aeroplane adapter" may lead people to think it will work on a plane in their seat whereas availability is truly limited. Not everyone knows that only some economy seats on international carriers have DC power and that no Australian carrier offers DC power in any of their economy seats.
Yes lots of people might be flying but the vast majority will be in economy and as we are in Australia they will be on an Australian airline where the plane adaptor of this charger is useless.

It is an important point as people may purchase the product thinking they can use it only to find there is no power outlet.

It’s clear that you dont know when to give it a rest

I know when to give something a rest, you however dont.
I have not said anything which is not related to the product which someone could find useful in researching if it is suitable for to them.

You however have keep complaining about me trying to give relevant information.

Take a message from your own book and give your complaining a rest and learn when to let something go.

@anthony: Writing a whole page to try and justify your actions just re-affirms my original point. This is the last time I will be responding to your largely irrelevant and off topic rant.
