I used this last night to buy a bunch of baby gear through ebay. Catch of the day had the best deals, but they also have an ebay store, so managed to find some stuff that I wanted from them, but get wff points with it.
There is no confirmation that the points were allocated etc, which worries me. I took quite a lot of time finding best brands and deals etc, and then after purchased noticed that I had been logged out (timer) from the Quantas points store page… Hopefully it all still went through!
I use QFF online mall every now and again.
The confirmation email comes through eventually and points drop in around 30 days later
Not sure on your time out issue but I'd suggest go on eBay look around record the item numbers then log in to the QFF buy items back to back ;@)
How does this compare to cash rewards 2% cash back ?
Depends how much you value a QFF point and if you fly Qantas.
In terms of buying a flight with points it's roughly 1.5/2 cents per dollar
This is good just to keeps your points active.
Don't forget to use a QFF points Amex card through PayPal, so that you get get those extra points when you pay as well :)
Must be something essential that can be bought via eBay just can't figure it out
I sometimes buy me2u Telstra credit through ebay and I get virgin velocity points for it :)

Bought stuff during the eBay 20% off toy sale, didn't get the email that points are coming my way. So it doesn't work with promo codes or other offers :(

I'm still trying to think of how to use this to get a huge amount if points, couldn't find woollies voucher.
Any ideas what everyday expenses could be purchased via eBay?
