From now to 31/12/14, Virgin Velocity estore is giving double point for shopping.
Eg,
4 points for $1 spent at ebay
4 points for $1 spent at Microsoft store.
so if you prefer velocity points, start shopping at your favorite shop now.

Hmm I don't see those rates for Lenovo, Kogan and Deals Direct (all showing as now 4 points for $1). How do you access those rates?

Wish I hadn't bought that thing on ebay yesterday, had a feeling Velocity would match Qantas but still..
Keep in mind that the they only credit points up to a maximum purchase price of ~$2500 now through eBay, i.e, if your purchase is $5000 on eBay or $2500, you'll still only receive 10,000 points for both.
They did this to stop people listing an item for say, $35,000, buying it through the eBay store and then only paying the maximum final value fee of $250 to eBay for ~70k points.
Was a good loophole while it lasted ;)
Can I claim points for things i bought in past? ie from dse or ebay like a month or 2 ago and never claimed?
You need to click through the velocity portal at time of purchase to collect points. The same as the cash back sites require.

You have to use the link from the velocity estore site, won't work on the ebay app.
