I used this offer today at the Elizabeth Street Groove Train (in Melbourne) with no problem whatsoever. This offer was heavily promoted in-store, posters, place cards on tables with instructions.
You can only use it once per PayPal account though.
Can you combine with other offers, e.g the lunch specials?

Once you're ready to pay you pull up your table number on the app but I believe they can still change it. Worth a try.
Last time they had a special on a food item but because we used the entertainment card we were charged full price because they claimed specials couldn't be stacked , was very dodgy

Just tried this at Burwood and it got stuck at the payment page. Fail
There was a way that the cashier actually pushed the payment through from the register. He just confirmed the PayPal name.
Groove train had this promotion previously - turns out that i got charged full price - they have ignored my calls and emails to get the $10 refunded.
very poor experience - i wouldn't waste my time using this paypal discount code and would never go back or recommend groove train
