Kind of. Its a Lucid Dreaming assistance tool. One way to induce a lucid dream is to become very good at remembering your dreams. And the best way to remember your dreams is to write them down as soon as you wake up. So this app probably has an alarm and maybe some voice dictation software for recording dreams. I can't check, because IOS, not android.
