Have been trying for a number of times over the past week. Finally won some balls after probably one hundred attempts.
Was about to shut down the computer when noticed there was one more hit on the screen, played the shot and won the balls, lucky me. After many countless hours of hitting the ball, sprained a wrist and broken racquets galore, finally scored some tennis balls, yeah, grandson will like them fine. I now remember why I did not like tennis when I was at school.

As far as I've seen from here, you can win multiple prizes on the same email but not identical prizes. So you won't win tennis balls again on that same account.
Yep that's right. You can only win one of each prize on your email. It seems as though most of the prizes have been won now, 53 of which were Ozbargainers which is a fantastic feat :)

Do you get email confirmation when you win and if you accidentally exit the page after you've won what happens.

I randomly select where I'm hitting them from, sometimes I do one place for up to 10 shots etc, I'm doing the same email address because you can only win 1 of each prize per email so if you win a kids racquet and tennis balls that means your next prize will 100% have to be one of the prizes that have more value. I don't aim I keep clicking.

They ask for your email after you win, when the prize is already determined. If you enter an email that's already been used, it just says "You've already won this prize"

No. I emailed them and asked when I can expect a delivery but no answer back. This is my 16th business day, expected delivery was 7 to 14 business days.

"I have spoken to our warehouse who is distributing all prizes and have had confirmation that there was a slight delay but can confirm prizes have begun to be distributed. To allow for posting time, I would expect your prizes to arrive mid next week."
