        For some reason it would not work while I was logged in.

        After I logged out, I could apply it. So I bought using Paypal without logging in, then attached the order to my account at the end of the transaction.

    I was going to pull the trigger on this deal but noticed that this is a "Panasonic" branded quick charger.
    Given the trend of "Panasonic" eneloops, these batteries could be from China as well.
    If anyone bought the charger can they report back if they are eneloop batteries with the charger are made in Japan or made in China?
