But only if you are updated to 8.1. Which I did a few days ago when looking for this feature. Loving the update too with the keyboard now working like Swype on Android :)))

I have recently bought a windows phone. How do these things work? With iOS, developers could make their apps free for a day. On Android they can't so little hacks are used but Google Play doesn't know you own it.
If I download these apps now will the windows store always know I've "bought" them?
Yep, once you've bought them they're yours even if you delete them.
Thanks. But in this case it looks like two of these are always free, one was recently made permanently free and Angry Birds, well, they always start paid then go permanently free.
That would be right, just after I traded the Mrs my windows phone for her iPhone!

Its not a pity. There's never any bloody good deals for Windows Phone, its always iOS and Android. Think of all the IGN game of the month and Amazon Android sales we miss out on. Hmph.
What? You haven't got one? With so many Windows Phone deals posted on OZB, there should be many OZBers with Phone 8 phones.
good thing SFII is free…. totally horrible controls, took 4-5 tries to get start "button" to work.. in the game its near impossible to get timings right with buttons not always responding..on top of that its already crashed on me multiple times… enjoy! :P
This game looks like an example of a technical proof of concept port. It is a 50MB download, takes one minute to load the game once it is downloaded and is basically unplayable :-)

Purchase and then cancel the download is the only way.
Anyone know how to configure games to save to my SD card rather than ny internal phone memory? Got a Samsung ATIV S locked to Win-8.
