    dont waste your time with sit-ups if you want visible abs

    Hit the heavy weights, get on a proper diet and maybe even do some abs wheel work outs.

    Sit-ups are a waste of time and rape your neck/back.

    • What about doing lying on your back and doing leg raises - does that make that v shape that girls love lol

      • You mean the adonis belt? Oblique planks work much better and anyway…

        it's mostly about low bodyfat and also, genetics does come into play for that adonis belt.

      • Lower belly fat and bigger lattisimus dorsi muscles ('lats') create the V figure.

        Pull downs (or pull ups if you can do them) and rows are the two motions that will work your lats.
        Burning more calories than you eat on average is the only way to reduce excess fat.. unfortunately you don;t get to choose where the fat comes off.
