I'm getting TSB0001 error - anyone else having much luck?
I got this error message as well.
you need to call 1300 301 906 and they will process the order for you manually. The $5 denomination is really annoying, the DJ assistant has to type in like 30 cards for a $1000 purchase
Have you receive your credit card statement?
I just received mine, and I was slugged Cash Advance fees and I was told it was due to the DavidJones Giftcard purchase - and the transaction was put through as Cash transaction.
Anyone had the same issue?

The DJ20 doesn't seem to work anymore for online purchases. So much for expiring in December :(
This is my experience from the last same sales 1 week ago - i could not purchase online and have to call up to order manually, the bonus egift comes in $5 denomination. I bought $900 worth and got 18x $5 egift
As DJ online only accepts MAX 5 gift card - I went to DJ store to convert all the eGift into single one. The assistant has to key every single one 9x $100 and 18x $5 into 1x $990
