Too bad the screen resolution is only 1366x768. :(

    • yeah :( i thought it's a given that laptop nowadays will have 1080p :D

    • I don't understand why manufacturers skimp out on screen resolution, 1080p is very noticeable over a 768p display.

    • Does that mean this is the old (2013) model?

    • Wow didn't know they made Kirabooks with this resolution. Thought the whole appeal was the 2560x1440 :/

Not sure a $1279 laptop with this kinda res is the best buy, although the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is nice.

I mean 1366x768 isn't terrible if you're not doing lots of multitasking on a few windows and don't really need the real estate i guess.

  • And why not pick up a Surface Pro 3 bundle at similar prices?

  • I picked up the i7 full hd version at Jb hifi 3 months ago for 1400. Great laptop

    • What was the advertised price? I'm setting my sights on the version you bought, and the price you paid is about my budget too. Just hoping a deal will come up before the end of january (when i need it by).

  • The best version is the 2560x1440 version, but it was well over $2k.

Paid $1500 for the 2560x1440 quite a few months ago….

      • Yep, that's why I said was. Your deal is a much better bargain than this one. I was looking at them late last year. Went MBP instead.
