I think these posts are bordering on SPAM.

Three posts in the last month, many comments, very few positive votes. And one previous post was canned for sockpuppeting, so I'm not sure that any of the positive votes were real.

    • FYI, use the report button if you suspect anything suspicious.

The system flagged the first deal and the deal & store were penalized. All additional deals had their votes audited and looking at the accounts, they are all from long standing members.

      • Thanks, good to know there are automatic safeguards.

  • TPG?

  • Hi Rep

So does "Unlimited internet - No restrictions" mean on NBN the Speeds would be 100/40 unlimited data?

Also does "FREE set-up" mean no contract and no connection fees?

    Thanks

      Called them,

"Unlimited internet - No restrictions" = 25/5 Mbps unlimited data

"FREE set-up" = no connections but there is a 24 month contract.

Also if you wanted to use your "land-line" phone you need to pay $49 for the premium (read: VOIP) router.

  • Let me know when dont want me to waive 'Customer Service Guarrantee' and you are willing to waive the connection fee for month to month and then i might consider.

Unless the OP is going to tell us they are ok with 20TB a month on their NBN plan then it seems too risky.

The company is too new, nobody has any experiences with them and you will be stuck in a contract.

  • just moved house. need internet stat!

just did a web chat on the site.

the "sales team" will get back to me with "good deals" following my request as to whether they could beat tpg's $59 per month for unlimited/base phone line rental without calls.

    • let us know what deal they give up..i am looking to switch as well.. thanks
