  • Is there a minimum spec standard that audiophiles can agree on to listen to these types of tracks, or this Chesky download? Will a $200 (street price) Sennheiser suit? What's the lowest priced headphones or speakers an audiophile would muster the time to even listen with?

  • Nice article link Mr Tone. Great analogy of IR just past red wavelength and how those lucky people can hear really well.

    If it's possible to train yourself to hear better I reckon that'd be fun. Make music much more enjoyable to listen to.

    Would make it addictive.

    Can see why audiophiles seem a bit snobby.
