Placed an order on Monday evening for 37 items. Status is now 'awaiting courier pickup'. Haven't received any emails since the initial one after placing the order.
Looking at the details, it states that all of my items except for the Jersey Shorts Mens (I ordered 2) have exceeded the maximum quantity allowed. Another item I ordered still had the message even though I had only ordered 5.. No idea why the jersey shorts were excluded but I'm pretty confused right now..
Let's just hope we all receive everything we wanted.
Ok, just received a reply from them:

Also just noticed that the subtotal for my order on the website is now $35 instead of the initial $37. I'm guessing two items have been removed but I haven't been notified which items specifically.
Order 25/11 a max of 6 items as instructed. I get an email confirmation of my order directly after my purchase but nothing since. I therefore made an online query via their website as I did not register to their site.
I received a prompt response of my order has been posted with tracking advice. I did also mention about the sudden change to 24 items max but never heard any response. Will keep you posted (no pun intended)
In hindsight, wish I waited till today to order as I would of maximised my order with a max of 24 with shipping.
I ordered on 22/11 and the status is "Awaiting Courier Pickup". They must be pretty busy.
I ordered on 23rd. And it's still saying awaiting courier pickup too. DHL Tracking show it's at Leeds. And they have already charged my card.
If anyone is on the fence or thinking they're too late - did a couple orders yesterday and they're both waiting to ship. Only thing that was cancelled out of them was some bubble bath.

So am I right that if you ordered as a guest then the best response you get is the one that sounds like an automatically generated one? I ordered on the 22nd as a guest so I don't have the ability to check on the status but as someone else have mentioned prior, I also haven't got any form of communication or anything other than the auto-generated order confirmation email.
yea checked out as guest and i asked them if it would arrive next week and they said yes, i didnt receive any confirmation email except the auto generated one
Hmmm, finally got my tracking number after I asked their customer service. Being sent my Omni parcel? Does anyone know if they use Australia post for local delivery? I had it sent to my parcel locker!
My order has been dispatched to the courier company. However, it has is still sitting in Shirebrook, UK and there has been no further movement for two days. I only ordered 3 $1.00 items the rest of my items were $8 - $10 each.
I have not heard anything yet other than order confirmation.

I got an email with the tracking # nearly 48hrs ago and it still shows as not found when I try to track it. How long did others have to wait after getting the tracking # for it to actually show up?
They told me 36hrs but it's past that already.
I wouldn't worry yet. They probably had a flood of orders and it's taking a bit longer to get through this stage.
My tracking is showing allocated/ready my orders were on Wednesday and Thursday of this week.

After ordering on 22.11.14 my order still says awaiting courier pick up. I emailed them yesterday and got a reply that it has already left the warehouse. I've ordered twice from SportsDirect previously and both orders arrived a week and a half later.
I decided to send them a query regarding when it would ship. Got an email within 30 minutes confirming it had been despatched and providing a tracking number. The squeaky wheel gets the oil.
8 days later and still 'awaiting courier pick up'.

I just emailed them to ask when my items are being shipped (ordered 22/11)… I literally got a response in 30 seconds with the tracking ID.
Yeah same.. no response or shipping confirmation email but upon emailing them got a reply in 30 seconds.. A bit odd if you ask me.
I did the same as well. I'm assuming they're all generic stats right now as well.
All three of my orders are Awaiting Pickup from Courier. Although none of the tracking buttons are working.
So for those wondering there doesn't seem to be a limit for each customer, it's limit per order.
Contacted them about why the tracking button wasn't working and they send me a valid tracking number in seconds.

I have no idea what is going on with my order. A few days ago I received an email with a tracking number however my consignment has been sitting in Shirebrook with no sign of onward movement. Then I log into my account and the status is awaiting pick up from courier??? Sent a message through the website on Thursday and today and I haven't heard anything. Starting to wonder if I will ever see my order.
For those who have checked their tracking via DHL could you please post a link? I was given a link to some Seko site but it's still showing up no results after 48hrs. I was thinking maybe they've linked me to the wrong tracker :/
And for those who can track it, can you track it from your order on the SportsDirect website? as for me it just loads a blank page.

@VVV: Neither of my 2 orders are showing anything yet with one ordered on the 22nd and the other the 23rd.
I'm pretty sure the tracking numbers given when you ask is automated. It is simply a tracking number assigned when the order is placed (or even when you email them to ask), it does not mean your order is shipped. Notice when you click on it the page says:
Tracking number allocated & order ready
They might be having trouble with manpower regarding the large amount of orders. Regardless, if my prediction is right (ie. they are STILL sorting out the orders) then it's a very big disappointment. I was expecting my order to be at least shipped out within a week from such a big store.
My email seemed to be a bit more personalised than the auto-generated one most people seemed to receive and I didn't get the reply straight away.
Mine is updated though…mine did seem automated but shipping process does seem to be moving along.
Very disappointing would be not receiving the order at all or getting a partial order while still having to pay the full price shipping.
I think a delay with deals like this is very tolerable. We're getting shirts and shorts for $1 each - IMO there's nothing to indicate people won't get their orders…just a bit of a backlog.

Made my order on the 22nd ive received no reply's to two emails i sent them and it's still showing Awaiting Courier Pickup.
Looking like a complete waste of time trying to contact these guys.
Same with me. I've sent 3 emails and still no replies either. My account says awaiting courier pickup and I have another email providing me with a tracking number however my consignment is still sitting in Shirebrook and hasn't moved anywhere for 4 days. Used to shop at the store when I lived in the UK but this is my first international purchase from them and so far it's not going very well. And my PayPal has been debited already.

I was given an ominparcel tracking reference.
From http://track.omniparcel.com/?id=SNK0000495 to http://track.omniparcel.com/?id=SNK0002156 they mostly seem to be Tracking number allocated & order ready. That's an awful lot of orders awaiting collection.
Received mine today, size of shorts are juniors sizes but one pair which is adult but still small.
Shirts are way to big.(super wide but not long)
Note: I ordered the exact same size and type for all shorts and shirts.
Not happy but someone at the salvos will be.

Orderd on the 22nd of November, Package was sent out on the 25th through DHL was transferred to Auspost on Sunday and received in Regional QLD today. Pretty happy with the speed and items are great and well worth the money.

There have been quite a few if you read up a little. I think one person said they were poor quality but everyone else seems to be pretty pleased with them.
A big sack of gear rocked up yesterday. 20 items, $20 dollars. Quality ok to good at a pinch. Then you think of the price again and realize the quality is great to excellent for what u piad. Cheers op.
Just received mine. Very good value for the price paid. Overall quality seems good for both, the shorts and shirts. The shirts seem to run large and has a bit of a weird cut - as stated by someone else previously. It's wider than expected but given that it's only $1, I can't complain.
Ordered on 27/11/14 and still showing awaiting courier pickup. Have contacted them 3 times and only got an email response from the first enquiry:

try to contact them again…..Mine still shows Awaiting Courier Pickup in my Sportsdirect Account so I contacted them a couple of hour ago. In less than an hour, they replied and gave me a tracking link which showed the last status as

The last message was sent this morning. Still no reply. I wasn't being rude either.
My tracking number revealed that my order must of been on the same plane as yours. I had DHL tracking for my past two SportsDirect orders and found that to be more detailed. It's guess work at the moment when it will arrive.
I received my parcel this morning, but the status still says 'Awaiting courier pickup' on the website. Pretty sure the status on the website isn't very accurate :)
I have no idea why they are not replying to you though.
Comforting to know that packages arrived for some, ordered mine on 22 Nov, tracking still showing as International transit to destination country! Just wondering if the system updates the tracking at all or will it miraculously appear on doorstep!
