I found some reviews on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Escam-Peashooter-Waterproof-Security-S…

Seems to be $41 USD there, or $48 AUD.

I also found a video on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xAqGssguOEU

Dont forget you'll need a way to connect it to your network with the ethernet port.

It's IP, but NOT WiFI… 'hope you like running cables (12v DC + network… eg, CAT5?)

Fixed focus. I guess you also have to aim it manually?

    But - as it's 12 v DC - I guess you could use it in a 12 v vehicle (eg, w/ notebook computer?)

    • I had cause recently to be looking for IPcams, so have seen these and others.
Ended up buying a couple of these http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/221492937616?var=520351297303&ssP… for a bit more. They add PTZ control and WiFi, but lack H264 encoding.
Yes, it's cable ethernet only. It's about the cheapest of this type of IPcam from Escam, better ones of course cost more.
Pricing looks normal for the usual suspects - Buyincoins.com, tomtop.com, focalprice.com and of course ePay.
Positive - H264 encoding can make for better streaming over net.
Negative - no IR cut so not ideal for sunny rooms etc. (UV get's thru glass converts to IR & over-exposes image), no WiFI so cabling adds to cost/complexity of install.
As for use in acar, nice idea. Slight drawback is that you need to plug it into a notebook (ethernet cable only) so that you can view images. Also there are dashcams for similar $$ that would be more discrete and do a similar job.
