      • shut the puck up !!

It says at the corner of the picture 2 for $1

        • What he said

      • Cheap chilly-bins

        • It's pronounced Esky!

          :P

        • @Click_It:

your not gettin the vibe, cuz

        • +2

Go stuck your hud in a chully-bun, bro.

        • @Click_It: I thought it was pronounced Isky.

      • I asked for sex and they said yes

  • It says 1.35 each

Top left corner of product picture, it says

    2 FOR $1

click it and then you can add 2 buckets to cart for $1.

I have this bucket. Even at the counter, the handle snapped and the bucket fell :| You can snap it back but I now end up grabbing the bucket with my 2 hands instead. I don't feel secure carrying it around by the handle anymore, especially when it's filled up

But for that price, no one should complain, I guess

    • +3

Sure you can complain. Useless is a waste of money at any price.

      • I just don't want to spend money on something that will hardly last 1 use. I'm more inclined to buy more of these http://www.bunnings.com.au/venture-bmw-9l-round-heavy-duty-p…
They cost 8 times as much but I have had 2 for over 2 years and they are still there to be used with a sturdy handle I know won't break like these cheapies.

The only good use for these buckets I have ever found is when I cut out the base and attached it to the dogs collar so it couldn't get to it's sore spot.

        • The problem with both of these buckets designs is the lack of a pointy-pouring lip. Buckets now are too expensive, compared to what they used to cost.

        • @marcozmitch:

Woolworths has 9.6L spout pouring buckets for $1.34 on their web site. Might be cheaper in store. Unfortunately does have the ridiculous breakable plastic handle.

        • i must admit thats pretty inventive to do that lol
don't know how you managed to get the right size for the collar though

we bought ours at the vet when our dog had a sore too

  • available at broadmeadows in VIC if anyone wants to pick up

    • +2

      Pick up??? What's that??

      • in-store pick-up mate, aka stock at store

  • +1

I wonder what these things cost for the stores to purchase? 5-10c ?

Bunnings once had them on sale for 9c a few years ago, I remember buying about 30 of them with my junk change.

    • Go try find it or something similar on Alibaba, you'll prolly be shocked.

  • +14

Excellent, these have been on my bucket list for a while :-D

    • +6

Just be careful you don't kick them

      • The way I see it, not many people can kick them twice. So, it is a bargain.

  • Where are the enviro nuts to complain about the need for plastic buckets!

    • Ya never know they might've needed some for themselves ;)

  • +2

One for Jack and one for Jill

    • +2

Jill carries 2 jugs up the hill. Only Jack will use SCA buckets.

  • Grabbed 8 online and order is ready for pickup
Will get another pile in store thanks

I use them for decanting and mixing paint and resins, so a throw away

    • You should be right if you don't sit on cold concrete.

      • This is one of the punniest bargains I've seen on ozbargain in quite a hemorrhoid.

Wait, that's not how this works, is it.

    • I thought it said limit of 6! tsk tsk lol naughty!

  • I can finally be the (even more) literal version of Buckethead!

  • +1

You'll need to find 2 girls first

      Too far?

      • pretty sure they changed the bloody T & C to make it so a lid must be able to fit over the bottle you bring in :(

        • some 10l buckets come with a lid

  • Link doesn't work….

  • is it possible to kick these buckets? or is there an age minimum?

  • +1

Awesome needed a couple to puke after a big drinking session. One for either side of the bed. Winning.

Got four from Carseldine in QLD. Easy payment with paypal. Email received straight away saying they would confirm within four business hours. Good find OP.

  • Ordered 6 ! I figured the handle would break at some point just like all my others.. so thought I'd keep some spares :) good buy never the less, around $0.90 per bucket at bunnings etc!

Also with the storms coming up might be handy for leaking roofs etc if it happens lol!

  • To bucket or not to bucket; now that is the question.
