        • Sorry… Ignore the quotes, they are not required. Like I said it's just easy to click on the image in your email. It creates the necessary messages as I stated above :)

          It says you wI'll recieve the voucher by 19th of December. A lot of people have not been getting any luck as I have had a bounce back on the email after like 24 hours. So it seems I/we may not get the voucher!

    I sent my reply 8.37pm last night. Just received an error message:

The products & their "customer service" are the worst ever having fallen silly enough to purchase from & then to try to follow through with because of the products major defects. My very strong advice would be to avoid this terrible company like the plague.

    Received email with order confirmation, reference number and invoices. No strings, no credit card details required or given.

    The only negative is the 4 daily emails from them touting their latest offers. That's overdoing it.

    Smart marketing. Had never heard of Kogan before, but their prices seem as good as/close to Chinese sites, without the long shipping delays and hassles with returns. They'll get their $10 back in future orders from me.

      Got the same 12 piece slicer, seems price is back to normal @ $22. USB is like 3-4 weeks before postage.

    • Received an email at 6:20 p.m. on 24th December saying the slicer has been posted. Pretty impressive given that (a) it's Christmas and (b) the order was placed at at midnight on the 23rd. Oh, and there's an Australia Post tracking number.

      As bk07 notes, the USB cable is 3-4 weeks away but at $1 (of Kogan's money!) I'm not complaining.

          Received an email from Australia Post saying that the slicer was on its way. It duly arrived at 9:00 a.m. on Monday the 29th. Very good going, as there were four days (Christmas Day, Boxing Day and the weekend) in the way.

          Although very low-tech (!) the slicer is quite fun and looks sturdy enough for the job.
