I'll summarise the steps involved:
- Go to www.colouryoursummer.com.au on your Smartphone
- Click "Colour Your Summer"
- Take a photo or upload a photo of 6x new coloured coke cans (Hint see the desktop version of the site on a computer)
- Let it upload (if it fails it will return to the main home screen)
- If it loads a small game, you lost. Otheriwise it will ask for Facebook login or Coke login/register an account and inform you of your win.
10 entries per Facebook account or Coke account per day (Note that it doesn't require the login until you win)

So I get a Whoa with all blue cans infrequently. Most of the time it gives me a game. Is that normal?
I also get a Whoa with the same frequency with all pink cans except when trying to login the page automatically redirects to the Oops page before I can input my credentials.
As long as you are getting the Whoa page you are doing it right. The rest is pure luck (Until someone figures it out :) )
But should I get the Whoa page every time I submit all blue cans?
Every 10 minutes I believe.
It wont happen ALL the time you'll see but it will happen a fair amount. We've worked out that each day, 2 coloured cans on the end will be the 'whoa' entries for that day, i.e. Today there is a blue or pink can on the end to trigger it, no other colours will work.
If you are getting Whoa page means the combination you submitted is correct and you have a chance to win the prize. It might be that all blue cans is one of the winning combination today. You need to log-in to find if you won anything.
There is a 10 minute interval between the Whoa pages, if you try within 10 minutes after getting the whoa page it generally takes you to the game directly.

@Scrooge McDuck: You guys are a little late to the party but it's not over yet, keep trying. The competition is fierce these days but OzBargainers are still winning. Try in odd hours like early morning or late night and don't keep trying every ten minutes unless you have multiple logins, use your 10 entries wisely.
@dealsfinder: That's right. I'm averaging about a win a day. I only try maybe once every 30 minutes or so.
@King Tightarse: I do both, giving me 20 entries a day. You can create multiple Coke Reward accounts with different email addresses if you wish, giving you a potential of unlimited entries a day.
Well i have an idea that might work.. but right now the prizes appears to be all won for the timebeing. It doesn't appear to be against any of the rules.
If you don't log in when it says you might have won a prize you technically get unlimited tries till you are sure you have the winning combination then log in to claim it.
However there are too many people participating so this no longer works, as the prize gets snapped up fast.
You can only greatly improve your chances if your work together as a team to determine the winning combination.

Winning combos are really going to be 1 or 2 out of the 6 mentioned earlier (all 6 colours). No need to have any different combos in your arsenal I don't believe. After working out the combo from those 6 choices, it's just a matter of timing.I think if anyone worked night shift in a boring job, you could seriously clean up in this comp!

Its been on other forums like Ozlotto for ages. Word has spread far and wide and people are now competing with hundreds of thousands of school kids etc. You can win but its much harder now and the prizes seem to not be available for long stretches, then all at once from my observation.Yeah we lost almost one month of precious time and all the major prizes were gone by that time. I assume they spread the prizes evenly across the duration of the competition, it's just now too many people are trying which is why it's hard to win these days.
But for me so far this is second best competition (First being the Optus one). 9 wins (received none though) so far and still counting.
Missed out on the Optus one, as I didn't know about it. This competition is pretty good so I can't imagine how good the Optus one was.

Yeah, you're supposed to see that page. It means that you have a winning combination but haven't won a prize, most likely due to timing.
The winning page has /prize instead of /oops

Exact same thing is happening to me. Maybe they send out the watches first or the watches are classed as different size parcels? Plus the earphones are probably more common so there's more of them to post. I'm guessing the earphones will turn up in the next couple of business days.
