        You put a bit of a trust in whichever VPN provider you may choose. After all it is quite hard to prove that any provider doesn't log.

        Again, not being disrespectful, but I am happy to admit I am a re-seller, as are a large quantity of Web Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Server, Cloud and VPN providers. I never stated we own these servers, but I am able to provide the advertised service on them.

        You either like the price or you don't, I'm just trying to give back to the community that has provided me so many bargains.

        I'm just making sure the "Log free" bit is true, as there are a lot of claims…

        Currently using PIA and am open to other providers but many are atrociously slow, better to know who the provider is…

        @buzzlight9: I think you might be right. I have PureVPN and many of their servers are currently offline for maintenance and it just so happens that many of the VPNVanish servers listed here are also offline.

  P2P is allowed, not throttled on most servers. Some servers have throttling but I will provide you a list if necessary.

  What does this mean? Wouldn't you have to keep a running log of which IP is connecting (and when it connected) and tie that to a specific account (to be able to validate the IP is from an active user) to be able to receive and return packets to it?

    All that's logged is the IP connecting/disconnecting. After validating the IP is a valid user, no log is kept of that request. I'm unsure why it should have to log them after processing them.
