Be careful if you definitely want one. I was eyeing a $229 item on the DSE website, a 20$ off coupon became active at 5pm. At 5pm the $229 item became $349 in my cart. After a bunch of emails and phone calls they say they are going to refund the difference back to me.

Worthwhile upgrade from an S3?
hmmm camera is better I think but a upgrade, only slightly.
S3 with cm11 is pretty slick. Regarding the camera, who cares much. If you love taking photos, get a proper camera.

One of the most annoying issues is that the voice of callers is sometimes all garbled.
Also seem to have some occasional issues with GPS and Bluetooth radios not seeming to connect.

I don't get much calls, but whatever little I do get, I haven't noticed any issue with the call quality.
I use GPS a fair bit and that seems fine. No issues at all.
Don't use Bluetooth so can't comment on it.
Yeah it is an upgrade. But as all phones these days, nothing too dramatic.

Yes, got back from Eastland and picked up my HTC One M7 (thanks to you) and they had none left. This ebay listing is still showing they have stock. Buyer beware.

There is even doubt over whether DSE can fulfill the today's website orders. It went sold out, then available, then sold out, while the instore stock disappearing fast.

AM WORRIED - The M7 page is gone, ozbargained. The audio cable I purchased with the M7 has been marked as shipped. Ive received the invoice and it does NOT include the M7. The shipping charge has been applied in full. I fear they might have oversold the M7 (as always) and I'll be stuck with an overpriced cable for $11 :(((( Be worried, really worried especially when you cannot reach their hopeless call centre.EDIT: Looks like the page is back on, but I still think they are oversold. Not a single store in Sydney seems to have stock. Unless they have a warehouse full of M7, I doubt they'll honour this deal.
I always pay with paypal for dse. They are really shonky. At leat with PP u can get your money back - dont even bother sending emails, just file a dispute if they muck you about.

It looks like the listing has ended,and they had about 20 sold through the eBay website. Thy e listing said estimated 5 days delivery, but the PayPal/eBay confirmations estimate delivery on 24 Dec.
Still don't think it'll go through but it's worth a try.
Small update.
Order placed on 14/12, item marked as shipped on 17/12. Fingers crossed it arrives within the next couple of days.
