Hi, my first post here. Having tried to search for a Sony Alpha A7 kit as suggested by many recent posts here. Today I found Michaels Camera store in Melbourne CBD has 15% off camera deal from boxing day to 31 Dec 2014, and it's price on A7 + bonus 28-70mm lens is cheaper than other online / retail stores at $934.15. Good thing is its cheaper than other place, very reputable seller and proper tax invoice, and no postage fees if you live in Melbourne. Bad thing is that there is no stock at the moment and I have to pay the full price for back order, likely delivered in early Jan. I have tried Ted's and digiDirect stores and also not stock (appears out of stock at many other places), therefore happily paid for it as it is much larger dealer and will secure stock earlier than others.

Of course you can claim the bonus lens adapter as well.

      Unless you are prepared to pay big $$ for Zeiss lens to make full use of the full frame sensor, the Nex 5r with your 2 primes is pretty hard to beat.

      I think what the OP meant was that you need to pay in full in order to place a backorder at the price of $934. This is confirmed when looking at the photo of the invoice.

    Just want to make an update on this deal guys, I bought an A7 camera here on Boxing Day but now I have to wait till late Feb until I could get a hold on my purchased goods, and that's estimated.
