  how did you get free shipping? It didn't work for me so I asked Amazon's web chat and they said the item is sold by AnkerDirect and fulfilled by Amazon, so it doesn't qualify. The item needs to be both sold and shipped by Amazon. The version that's sold by amazon costs $37.17.

    I had issues with it deducting the shipping so I contacted Amazon Customer Service via chat and they did it for me…

    That being said - if Amazon have a ~$37 one, why not get that one???

      Because you mentioned you got free shipping with the Amex deal, which isn't actually possible.

      The Amazon one without shipping costs as much as the Anker one plus shipping, so there isn't actually any free shipping there.

      At least the Amazon one will add to the $100 threshold. The higher price means the shipping savings is lowered though.
