I don't believe it is an opening special since they have being there for a while.
According to their facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/PepperLunchGlenferrie) the offer started December 10, 2014 at 11:44am and Expires Saturday, February 28, 2015.
Ate at pepper lunch in Melbourne and wasn't that great. I think the meats were pre-cooked and sizzling plates didnt grill the meat at all. So it was like eating microwave meat. I tried both chicken and beef. Maybe I went on a bad day?
Yes I read some blogs and there were similar conclusions. Lots and lots.of msg and small portion sizes. Heaps of genki fun ads though.

God I love Pepper Lunch. So happy they finally opened one in Adelaide. There's an ongoing "$5 Off" coupon for the Adelaide one at Shop-a-Docket.
