To put it into perspective when your paying $1 or $2 for an item of clothing it's never going to be the finest of quality. It's also the risk of buying online from overseas as you can't try them on. These clothes are cheaper than what charity shops are selling their used clothes for. With the mesh inside the shorts I'm going to do what another ozbargainer has done and cut it to open it out.

    Absolutely. I've bought many things from SportsDirect & the $1 shorts are fine by me hence why another 10 pairs are on order. My point is when the items are only $1/$2 you can't have the highest expectation but I was pleasantly surprised.

  I purchased adults character clothing - underwear seems about right. T-shirt seemed a little on the small side.
  Probably doesn't help you much, my gut feeling is you would be pretty safe.

  I bought the following for my son. Lonsdale 2 pack trunks ($5.98) and the firetrap 3 pack invisible socks ($5.98) white. Both seem to be excellent quality. Socks are the best invisible socks I have ever bought. I haven't checked if these items are still available though.

  The site mentions they are UK sizing, but I found the Everlast sandals to be closer to US sizing than UK sizing but another member found differently. If you are ordering shoes/runners I would say they would be in UK sizes, to be sure send them an email.

  To get tracking info, 2-3 days after you order go to your order history, click contact us then select 'Where is my order?" You should then receive an automated email with tracking number. NB: you need to wait 2-3 days after you order before doing the above as the order needs to be first picked by the courier to generate email/tracking number.
  
  They eventually respond to emails but it may take a few days, I found you get a quicker response if you private message them on their facebook page.

Got lots of clothes and shoes for my kids. Very happy with the quality and price. It's an awesome store. Especially to buy things and give as gifts. Customer service is very good too. Bought my son lonsdale trunks and got sent the wrong size. I emailed them a photo and next day it was refunded to my paypal

I had no communication on the progress of the shipping but it was much faster and no problem, unlole my Chain Reaction Cycles order!

The golf polos are great. The cheap shorts look ok too.

Looks like items are shipped from UK and have price tags from UK as well.
Replacing will be a nightmare as we will have to send it back to UK. One of the item has wrong size. Wont bother as it is a 9 item. Postage will be more than that.

  You need to ignore the 'awaiting courier pickup'. Most of us here have experienced the same thing. My orders had 'awaiting courier pickup' even after they were delivered. Allow about 2 weeks for delivery. You can contact them via the website. Just log in to your account. Click on 'view my orders', then click on 'contact us', scroll through the subject headings and click on 'where is my order'. They may take a while to respond but they will eventually. If they don't, just sent them another email. The response should include a tracking number for you.

It would appear they have now placed "severe" restrictions on order quantities.

Not sure why, because without the restriction they are selling the same stuff for the price they ask, just more quickly.
