Nah i don't think so. At the mates rates page it says 'redeem'.
Much like the $2 off you initially get with the app

Its been like that since they launched the app, it's not a new offer.
That offer was/is for new installs. This can be redeemed by existing app users.
Edit: and as pointed out by rakkihizoku below that is only for $2 off not 50% off.

God sake! I won't remeber 950 accounts I made on the spot! I always make a new account right before ordering, most accounts starting with jibearish aaabbbcccc or something.
Edit: to makes things worse, the app via iphone 6 plus does not even load anymore… Hangs and crashes.
I'm experiencing the same hang and crash issue. It doesn't even work if you turn on zoomed view which emulates the display of a regular iPhone 6.

Half price makes this pathetic excuse for juice only just worth it. Still dumbfounded by the amount of sheep I see crowding around Boost stalls willing to pay $7 for basically shelf juice mixed with ice
? Their fresh juice is done one the spot - not shelf juice.
If you meant the Smoothies, it's also got yogurt or sorbet, plus fruit pieces as well - and tastes delicious!!! That's why!
But yeah, the price does seem to be creeping up.

A friend had no coupons available, entered and exited the MATES RATES menu about 4 or 5 times and 50% off suddenly appeared. Give that a go if its missing…

Melb Ubi store wouldn't accept and told me you needed to buy two to get one 50% off because it was 'mates'rates (lol). She said the code would only work if I bought two drinks.
After a bit of a back and forth with the manager it eventually magically went through on the computer. So if you get told this be persistent!
Dumb people. Mates rates clearly means rates for members of the club. I don't understand why some people bend over backwards to cause customers a poor experience when its both easier and better for the store and the employee to do the right thing.

Heads up. Those that are unaware and im not sure if it applies to all boost juice stores. The minimum on card is $5. So bring cash!
I went earlier today and paid $3.65 on my card. So not all stores enforce this rule. This was at Harbourside mall, darling harbour.
Went to Rhodes (NSW) store. The guy told me the offer is buy one full price and second one for 1/2 price. I said it's not mentioned anywhere in the app or email. He told me he got email from Boost HQ confirming that is the offer.
Is this some kind of refusal from some stores that they won't be honoring the offer?
Same thing happened to me at a different store (see my post above).
Just used mine at Eastland kiosk.
The staff at counter will get you to press redeem. And a barcode which when scanned puts it into their system.
Once redeemed and scanned the coupon disappears. So guess you can only redeem it once.
