We ordered a bunch of towels last time and the colour was different to what we ordered. Checked the website and they've swapped the names of the two colours (no, i'm not imagining it cos my mum and i put in for a single order and we both got screwed). Tried calling and no one ever answers. Emailed and no one replies. I'm not sure I'd order again.
Very overpriced at retail but they do make some good stuff though when it comes to bedding.
I have to say likewise I picked up some Sheridan towels and bathrobes from the boxing day sales and have been a bit disappointed in the quality, not the same as it was a couple of years back.
Even at 50%, it's still expensive. Last time it was 50%, there were not many votes. I like the Myer clearance sales. Price would be around $50-$90, instead of $120+….
You'd do better to wait for their '$100' sales - where decent queen and king sheet sets and quilt covers are reduced to $100. They happen pretty regularly.
I bought the Egyptian Cotton towels from Myers a 2 years ago and they are fantastic, gotta say the ones I purchased online werent of the same quality, a bit disappointed too as i got my mum and sister to get some too.
Went to Sheridan today and bought 2 Ryan towels.
It's also my birthday month so received a $25 voucher.
Ended up paying $8.25 for 2 towels.

I was a bit unhappy with my recent purchase from Sheridan Factory Outlet.
* Towels were not Sheridan branded, but were generic with a "Sheridan Factory Outlet" tag on them.
* Sheridan quality is suffering under "Pacific Brands" ownership.
* Make in Pakistan (so much for this Australian iconic brand).
