This whole service seems rather dodgy to say the least. What exactly makes your servers "elite"? Why is there no information about the company at all? Not to mention the numerous spelling and grammar issues throughout the site.
I get the feeling you're simply setting up a VPS with a cheap provider for each service, then running a script to install the voice service, therefore you don't own your own infrastructure. If this is the case, people might as well do it themselves for cheaper. It's exactly what I do for US$10/month and a 512 person Teamspeak server.
Oh, also, tell people it's in USD, not AUD.
Couldn't be milliseconds, impossible to get those pings from Australia on residential connections…
