my address is slightly different. 111 buck road and 950 ridge road… seems weird, surely they dont have 1000 properties along those streets.

my unit numbers are slightly different. same sort of system as shipito i assume.
Has anyone used Google StreetView (or whatever it's called now) to see if the addresses look like home addresses?
If it is a scam, they could say "never received it" for some costly item you asked them to forward, move on… & be able to sell your item from a new venue.
Call me suspicious about this one, for some reason…
