  Might be able to order this faster from Amazon than office works. I've been waiting 8 days for a couple of 4tb hard drives to arrive from the warehouse

  Hmmm…. least its not through WD/Digital River. I'm still suffering shock from that absolute failure ;).

  I'm still hard pressed to order/buy ANY WD product, but who knows… time heals all wounds right? :)

      Never said anything about the actual product (which I'm also a fan of).
      Service however??? OMG. You obviously didnt try and buy the deal I'm referring to. A terrible PR exercise from WD :(.

        Yeah I didn't buy anything from the WD store. When I say service it was dealing with WD direct when I had a faulty adapter. They FedEx one out to me using overnight express
