      I think ON 4.5KG itself on eBay's like $149.95 or something so $152.96 is a good price for ON + protein bars I reckon.

      Amino Z is a very good supplement store. Their orders have never been late for me they'd take two or three days max regardless of the shipping method. (I think they're based in Queensland and I live in Melbourne so 2 days is lighting fast) One of my supplements were delivered with a broken tub. So I told them about it and they were more than happy to send me a new one for free as well as keeping the broken one. (supplement was like $60)

      Anyway, it's a great online supplement store with decent prices and I'd rather pick this one over other Melbourne stores.

      i usually prefer to go for whey isolate over concentrate. That isnt that cheap for concentrate.

        ON is very similar makeup to BN wpc anyway as ON is a blend, so comparing the 2 on a nutritional basis BN wpc flavoured(30g) vs. flavoured ON(30.4g) has 1g more carbs and 1g more protein per serve (only 0.5g more if you get certain BN flavours) so really the price of gold standard is far less value for what is nearly the same nutritional content as BN wpc despite being a blend and getting 500grams less.. because the ratios aren't published they could put 1% wpi in it and still be able to advertise it as containing wpi.

        BN used to be whey cheaper… I dont think it is that cheap for bulk protein. The taste is good and the protein content is legit though. So that is a big bonus.

    Beat me to it OP!!

    I just ordered the APS mesomorph combo and came onto OZB to post but alas, its already here!

    I've been using AminoZ for the past 2 years and have never had an issue, 10 orders encounting.

    I sifted through Ebay and as ON nutrition is all base mark $150 without add on products, and APS costs $35 at best, you're easily saving $30-35

      Links? You usually get better value from 4.5kg whey, but theres another Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Wheycombo which gives you another 1pound/450g included for free.

      On a per serving basis this would be the cheapest

    hmmm… I think the tub of After Max is the best (iifym)

    1 extra pound of whey = 15 servings (30g scoop) = 24g protein
    After Max = 21 servings (30g x3 scoops) = 40g of protein and carbs + 5g creatine + other junk

      Any advice on what one to go for?

      I never have protein bars, I do have a musli bar at work in the morning as a snack, would this be better? I eat a lot of protein anyway through the day.

      I am more interested in the AFTERMAX deal, however I do not take protein shakes in the morning, only post workout, so I am unsure if it would work WITH the OPTIMUM NUTRITION or I would just use it as a post work out after I have finished the OPTIMUM NUTRITION?

      and I would get the APS, but I already have a container I am using for Post workout.

      The Gold Standard Whey is a whey protein isolate, instead of a concentrate. There are benefits to both, but basically WPI contains a higher percentage of protein per gram(90-95%), and also contain less fat & lactose, which is great if you're lactose intolerant.

      WPC has less protein per gram(75-85%), but on the flipside, WPC in general, due to less processing, has more valuable immune-boosting protein subfractions such as alpha lactoglobulins and lactoferrins removed in the filtering process in the case of most WPI. Obviously, WPI are generally more expensive too!
