      • Thanks!

      • hi easternculture, can you also pass me the guide? I can't get the extra 2% off

  • Feel free to add & use a referral code from the Amino Z Referral Wiki here

  • I may be misssing something but where does it say what percentage is WPI and the % off WPC??

Not sure how you can upvote when you dont know what your buying…

    • The whole "WPI and WPC" is really not that important. What's more important to know is how much protein/carb/fat is in each serving.
So now you can upvote :)

      • precisely my point, if it does not matter why would i spend 150 when i can get 5kgs wpc for under $100

        Upvote denied :)

        • Yep that's right.
But for me personally, i don't like to buy those cheaper protein you can get from bulknutrients etc, because some of these companies don't even have the claimed protein content in each of their servings.
Whereas a company like ON is an internationally renowned brand. And I can trust them with my money.
So at the end of the day, it's up to each individual.

        • @ps90:

BN is legit. They can send you a protein content testing kit if you ask. Whereas a big brand like Gaspari was dodgy with their protein content.

        • @ps90:

I think you need to do some research, i get all my protien from BN. as @trumpedup say they send you a testing kit if you ask and yes i have tested BN powder.

The reason brands such as ON and other brands are much more expensive, it mostly due to two reasons: firstly their cost model is very heavley impacted by the cost of marketing and sponsership that they do. And secondly alot of them put crap you dont need, lots of suger (to imrpove the taste) ect.

So really your paying for their marketing bills.

        • @bugman: Yeah I know about the kit and I have done my own research. But as I said, it's just up to each individual whether they trust the brand or not.
And that test kit from BN… How do you know if that test is even reliable? The test could be biased so that it works only on their protein powder. Maybe if you got a test kit from another source where no bias would be introduced, then it may be a valid test. Otherwise, I can't accept that the test kit from BN alone proves whether the protein powder does have the claimed protein content.
It's just my personal choice for me to stick to a brand that is more reputable and a brand that I can trust with what's in the content. I respect all your opinions and thoughts. I was merely voicing my opinion.
          To each his own.

        • @ps90:

All good, but just a note the testing kit gets sent of to National Measurement Institute (NMI). Which is a government department.

      • In theory it should be more WPI than WPC, as WPI is the first listed ingredient out of the two. I too would be curious on what exact percentage would be.

  • Thanks OP, was just about to order some more from Bulk Nutrients. I haven't tried ON Gold before but reddit and other forums rave about it so good chance to give it a go! Quest bars a good bonus too.

  • Did anyone bother to opt for postal insurgence? (1.95 extra)

And did anyone try get an additional 5% off by signing up to the newsletter?

You can't apply more than 1 coupon code so don't bother (it's only off your first order)

  • 4.5kg bag of chocolate out of stock backorder, anyone know how long this can take? should I cancel/pick new flavour? kinda deal breaker for me!

  • All on back order :(

  • I called them and they said new ETA is 4 weeks.

  • Double rich chocolate and vanilla ice cream aren't that good imo compared to other flavours available in smaller quantities (extreme milk chocolate is much better), I'd stick with rocky road if you want a chocolate flavour for the big bags.

My order is on backorder. Looks like I'll be cancelling it.

An update on our 10% off deal. Our Optimum Whey stocks have been selling like wild-fire. Currently they are on backorder, however we are expecting more stock to arrive by Tuesday at the very latest. Any backorders will not be delayed by 4 weeks.

    • thanks for the update!

    • +2

Reps on Email are still insisting on the 4 week minimum delay period and they are advising to cancel the order. Not sure what is going on. I guess I will have to stick to BN

    • I can only give advice on BSC Hydroxyburn as it is the only one I have tried. I saw no improvement on weight loss when using it as a pre-workout or as a post workout supplement. On top of this, I had the Banana flavour, it tasted horrendous and mixes about as good as clag glue and water.
I have become a big believer in diet over 'magic' weight loss powders.

      • I've had good results with Gladiator Shredded in the past, but gained weight with NutriScience 100% Protein Whey Powder.

No exercise involved bar walking btw.

        • Walking has been proven to improve weight loss more than any other form of exercise.
I have been on the Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) Diet and highly recommend it. I lost 1.6KG in the first week, but have recently hit a wall after 6 weeks and am stuck at my current weight. In saying this, I still avoid all high carb foods so, no pasta, rice, bread of any kind, potatoes (especially sweet potato) and anything high in sugar. I do weights daily and walk/jog 3 times or more a week, so maybe the weight loss is equaling the muscle growth for the moment.
I highly recommend avoiding high carb foods, try it for a week and I will be surprised if you don't lose something ;)

  • Great deal all round considering how little our dollar is currently worth!

  • Has anyone got the 5% coupon on their website to work?

Says not valid when I try to apply it.

Not talking about stacking it with this offer, just tried with several products and it does not work.

Go a shipping notification yesterday. Hopefully it will arrive early next week.

    • +2

      Arrived Monday morning, pretty happy.

Received mine today, thanks again OP :)

  • Anyone who was on back order got a shipping notification?

    • Yep my whey and after max was on back order (estimated 2 wks) but I've already received it.
