That sucks, the last time this deal was on the minimum order was $10 and the $5 would be off that. It looks like they changed that after I got my order in though.
That's not true. I ordered my lunch from Snag Stand today and my order amount was $9.80 after discount. The coupon worked for me.
I used the app and when i went to put details in it removed my order. If i do it only it looks like it might work but i can't hit advance yet because I'm not in the city. Can someone confirm they get an order around the $5-7 mark?

Last time there was no minimum spend so I created multiple accounts and enjoyed free coffee for a few weeks.
Last time I ordered something from Charlie and Co and they rang me up last minute to say they had a Christmas party (in the middle of January?!) so they had to cancel my order if I couldn't come by to pick it up right that moment. Hope this time things will go more smoothly.. :)

ippudo isn't part of the food court section, they operate as a restaurant (wait staff, table service etc)

1. Myself and a colleague went to use the SAVE code at at Charlie and Co. The code worked until I pressed COMPLETE then I received an error message saying the code was invalid and was automatically removed. I received an email which stated my order did go thru and the code applied. I turn up to Charlie's to doublecheck given the issue and they say their app is down and there has been no orders come in. So having to reorder we can't use a coupon code, and end up paying $31.80 when it should have been $10 less, $21.80.
Charlie and Co are also running a promo which was 2 burgers ordered gets chips free which took 5mins to explain to the guy we (2 people) were ordering 2 burgers (as mine was apparently cancelled).
Our buzzer goes off and I pick up the 2 burgers and chips and take them back to our table. The cashier yells out across the room that he gave me the wrong order and to bring it back.
Horrible experience both in-app and in-store. I would expect at least my $10 back, and feedback given to Charlie and Co.

I ordered beef pho at $13.90, came down to $8.90 after applying code. Worked fine. Had to register for an account to use the discount code. When I tried ordering as a 'Guest' the code didn't work.
Had to enter credit card details as that's the only method of payment available on their app. Would rather have used Paypal & not given my cc details. Just went into my account & deleted the stored cc details.
