Happen to notice now NRMA is on board with offering 5% off wish gift cards up to value of $500. 12 months to use. Delivery is within 7 business days by registered post or 12 hours via email.

the traditional plastic cards are delivered by courier ($14.99) or registered post ($5.50).

          I think Myer does not allow you to buy giftcards with giftcards.I want to hear successful story.

          Not permitted under T&Cs of Myer GCs. Can't do self checkout at Myer (unlike WW) so no way to circumvent this restriction in store. Myer GCs cannot be used online so no route there either.

          @Neoika: I have witnessed Myer staff refuse to do this when asked by customers. Have not seen anyone succeed.

          @spacecowboy: could you not just say you're paying "by card" and just use the gift card when paying. Most staff wouldn't even know unless you told them.

          Of course, this wouldn't work if the registers/system rejects it.

          @B0M8: Its the same people you are dealing with. They will just reject it. I know they maybe considered dumb for working at Myer but they are not that dumb.

          From friends who work there,

          1. They cant be 100% sure the system would let it goes thru, as they are all very conscious it's not allowed, so they never have even tried.
          2. One thinks it could be done, but a manager would have to authorise it, so that says it's most likely flagged in the system, as a manager is the only one who is authorised to override the system. Again they have never tested that.
          3. The above tells you that the majority of staff know its NOT allowed, so you'd have to be very lucky to be able to do it, if the system did allow it.

          But if you are into rejection go for it :)
