You are right. The paper is shitty. I would rather use serviettes.

      • I use the necks of geese

        • … Better than tubs of grease.

        • Tuba your type of cracked humour is one the great things about Ozbargain that keep me surpised

          @franek:
“But, to conclude, I say and maintain, that of all torcheculs, arsewisps, bumfodders, tail-napkins, bunghole cleansers, and wipe-breeches, there is none in the world comparable to the neck of a goose, that is well downed, if you hold her head betwixt your legs. And believe me therein upon mine honour, for you will thereby feel in your nockhole a most wonderful pleasure, both in regard of the softness of the said down and of the temporate heat of the goose, which is easily communicated to the bum-gut and the rest the inwards, in so far as to come even to the regions of the heart and brains.”

      • You're kidding right? That stuff is the best!

        • Used to be the best. Have a try these days. You'll need to wash your finger. TMI.

      • Thanks for thinking of me.

      • -1

Yep cottonelle is the shittiest shit i ever did shit.
It's single ply bullshit that you poke your finger through immediately and get brown fingertips.

  • Ahhh just bought the Woolworths deal of 24 rolls for $8 but didn't get a receipt. Can I still take it back?

    • +2

Yeah, just make sure you hide the skid marks

    • +3

please, for the love of god, stop being so entitled.

it is still a decent deal and you agreed to it.

i feel sorry for the staff at woolworths that will have to deal with your BS.

  • Whose prepared to "go commando" after using Kleenex?

    • Hello? Does anyone here go commando after using Kleenex? The American TV commercials seem to suggest that Kleenex toilet tissues offer such a level of cleanliness, that people are willing to go commando after using them.

So they can finishing wiping their arse on the couch…

      • I've asked someone who've worked at Kimberly Clark in Korea, he said that to his knowledge, Austrailan one is produced in Australia, Korean one is produced in Korea, Chinese ones are produced in China. So from that logic, I think the quality differences may exist between countries. Though he said he cannot say anything about the quality of the Australian one because he've never seen Australian one.

        • awesome effort

Dunno about everyone else but I buy toliet paper from Aldi 12pk for $3.79 ($0.32 Per roll)

It's 2ply and honestly I'd recommend it! The aldi TP is nothing like the home brand (Wooloworths) That just rips apart and you'll use the entire roll each use :)

The Aldi one wins my vote just my opinion ^_^

Cottonelle it's just not the same anymore. Quilton for me now.

    • Cottonelle was never good. I tried it out when it first came out and it was a pos. If it's worse now, then my god it must be bad.
Quilton knows whats up. It's good qual and they always pricepoint their rolls at 50c per roll (and sometimes less)

  • Toilet paper should probably be priced per sheet as opposed to per roll.

Even some of the same brand/product lines come in rolls of different densities but the packaging looks almost the same.
