Keepass - always free.
Put the encrypted file on Dropbox if you need to share it around. Also free.
It's not straightforward getting HTTP functionality (so you can integrate it with Chrome or Firefox) for Keepass on the Mac though.

WALTRI am happy with Lastpass. But I admit, 1password is good too, especially for Mac environment
Nice part is "Licenses can be shared by up to six family members living in the same household." https://agilebits.com/store/licenses. You will however need multiple licenses if you want it on multiple platforms (eg iPad, Windows, Mac).
great app. jumped onto this a few months back and haven't looked back. if it fails - i won't be able to login to anything but neither will anyone else :D
