The account is free, you can use any software you have registered on your iLok account without buying anything, if you are wanting to use your software somewhere other than home/the system you installed it on, then you would need to buy the iLok dongle.

Another free audio plugin this one is a pitch shift plugin for vocals, you will need to create an account with the linked website to claim the freebie.

Once you've done so just enter in the code into the required field and the plugin is all yours.

        Its a random one as far as I know, Its the same one I used, which I got off of Facebook.
