According to the about it is recommended to stay away from coated blackout curtains even though they perform better because they can not be washed.
Seems a bit strange to warn people away from a debatably better product just because you don't sell it.

The facts and info are there.
The choice is totally up to you and you believe chemical coated is better but others (or at least myself) don't think so.I don't believe anything, the purpose of blackout curtains is to block out light, your own info says your product is inferior in this capacity, so I was curious as to why you were making a value judgement.
I believe the info doesn't disadvantaged our product as we are telling the facts to let buyers know the difference between the twos.
Non-chemical coating curtain is having about 90%-95% blackout depending on colors.
No doubts chemical coating curtain (with high quality) is having 100% blackout but other factors can't be neglected like chemical smell, type of chemical. use period and etc..Again, buyers have the right to know the facts and decide what they need.
We've got blackout curtains with the coating on one side, my wife decided to wash them one day in our washing machine (don't ask me why, not sure what goes through her head sometimes lol). Needless to say, the coating ended up sticking to itself. We pulled it apart and they look shocking.
Holy curtains, ugh.
We're moving in a couple of weeks, I'm planning to buy some blockout curtains without the coating. OP, are you able to do a bulk buying discount as I plan to buy a number of these for the new home.

So stupid question but you have to buy two right for a window? Single panel means half a curtain?
Many customers buy single panel or odd number of panels to fit their premises accordingly,so item needs to sell in single panel.
