Actually it works, you just have to be near a Mad Mex store to 'discover' the deal. Works for resellers' sim as well.

I just logged in after downloading app on iOS and second in the list was a free burrito. I clicked save (the diamond) and it says I have until end of tomorrow to redeem.
I am using a telstra sim. Not sure if it can tell. Cheers OP!
Still gonna stay away from Tel$tra since the money I save is enough for a weekly burrito.

You need to log in with your Telstra account or have your Telstra sim in the phone.
