Was looking at getting an AC Modem/Router to replace my existing Modem and Router. Did consider the Nighthawk R7000 which is AC1900 but is only a Router.
Cheapest retail price for this model was $199 at Centrecom, highest price was $398 @ Hardly Normal.
Not as good as the previous deal which was $169 Delivered through eBay Group Deals but pretty close.

$175 is Buy it Now price delivered.

    Probably another $24 bucks you can get free IP camera and better CPU I'd say? And external antenna helps too.

    Archer D9 is AC1900, though the Archer D7 which is AC1750 is currently on special for $148 at Centrecom

        In terms of specs, D9 is a bit faster, but both are still overkill for our crappy Australian Internet

  I have had one of these now for around 6-8 months. The WiFi range is appalling, however, some of my previous bandwidth issues have been fixed.

  Easy enough to use, and for the price, it's not bad.
