That is not a fair comparison because 2tb drives have more density and therefore are inherently faster for sequential speeds.
Sorry, I should have explained better.
It was a 1TB WD Passport Ultra so I was basically comparing to my seagate.
What a difference.
ive had 2x2tb wd passports lose data while my 2x2tb seagate portables have had no issues.
Any OW price match on this?

They seem to have gone now. But I did agree with nickbose - it did say 0 available, 443 sold. I logged out and checked the link above - there were six, so I bought another one with my wife's account. The link above again now says 0 available, 142 sold.

$111 including 20% off. Not as cheap as they were at OW a month ago but it's not a bad price for essentially the same drive as aboveI'm confused. Is that older models than the deal ones? or are they slower (seeing that those are not 'ultra')? Hesitating…
It arrived today! Amazing!
I received mine today. Would have preferred better packaging. The drive was rattling around a cardboard box with no padding. I'll test it tonight.
