  • Crazy, had to return mine that worked perfectly but failed to heat to the dialled temperature.

    • hi there! while you had it, was it hard to clean?

      • +3

Very easy to clean. 2 discs for different froth styles and the jug part cleans in the dishwasher or sink.

  • Love mine, perfect design and function, no issues with cleaning like the nespresso crap

  • Cheaper alternative, you can buy this from ikea for $2.99 http://www.ikea.com/au/en/catalog/products/30191649/
Or get the Daiso branded one at $2.80. Bad thing is, you need to heat the milk first, but nothing a saucepan on a stove can't fix.

  • These are pretty good, the only tricky part is finding the best frothing milk. Not all of them will froth much, or for some, even at all (Full Cream Bannister Downs for instance).

It's not as shiny/reflective/polished as pictured on the photo though.

  • Great frother. Cheaper than what I paid in the ebay sale over Christmas time (~$111).

I got the extended warranty just in case something goes awry in the next few years. I don't even use it for myself, but I get this sense of satisfaction when my wife stops leaving a jug full of used frothed milk cos she can't be bothered cleaning it. This one is too easy to clean, there's no excuse.

I kind of had an idea to try cooking poached eggs in this, since the trick is meant to be stirring it repeatedly to keep the egg together. Not sure how well it would work.

  • Got one of these at home, works really well! Easy to clean, doesn't burn the milk like the Nespresso ones do after some time.
