Initially I wondered why the two set cost as much as the four. Looks like the two set is a "kit" which includes pouring jugs, chocolate shaker and cafe art templates. The four set is just four glasses.

Yes, They called me on Saturday to cancel the order but I asked them to check the other stores if there is any stock and ended up collecting my order from Toombul.

I bought the set of four when it came back up because the set of two was not available. I then bought the set of two when the set of four became unavailable. I hope I get at least one of the sets. I'm sick of getting "sorry" emails or never receiving the goods.

they can leave order on system, or just cancel it… or give you receipt to personally take it to other stores (where there is no known availability…)

Yeah same here. I should have known better than to order anything from DSE online. This is my 5th order from them and only ONCE they have been able to fulfill anything. Pretty useless. Might boycott them altogether. Not worth the hassle.

I purchased the 2 Glass set early in the day (there were hundreds of purchases after mine) and had received the invoice and shipping confirmation with the tracking number through Startrack. Now I have just received another invoice for a refund. Only problem is that Dick Smith has not refunded my $4.95 shipping charge.
Then when the 4 Glass set came back in stock I also purchased this and the funds were taken but I have not received an invoice or tracking number for this purchase.
Just got an email from dick saying my cup set are ready for pick up, wow I'm surprised!!!
I have no idea why I am set as marketing, anyone know how to remove that?
Okay… so I purchased 2 of the 4 glass and saucer sets, knowing my local store is hopeless i opted for delivery.
Got the usual emails saying its packed and sent yesterday afternoon.
This morning the star trek courier turns up with one 1 pack… strange delivery was SOOOOO quick but where the other pack? lol

Just received an email that my order is being delivered by Toll Priority. I have ordered quite a few times from DS but they have never used Toll Priority before.
Ordered a set of 2 and a set of 4 cups. The set of 2 was delivered earlier today and I also got that same e-mail as well, presumably for the set of 4.
I got the same notification, but just received a message today saying that my order has been cancelled. I sent them a message about the cancellation and their auto reply message says they're out of office until the 4th of September 2015! Looks like I won't be getting my order. Dick disappoints yet again.
Sorry to hear that. I received a delivery ETA yesterday followed by a copy of the invoice today so I'm pretty sure they're now on their way.
These guys are a waste of time. I got the BS apologetic email as well and followed instructions by contacting them through ebay. No response no nothing. Stop making promises if you can't deliver!! I'm staying away from DSE just out of principle from now on.
