  These promotions happen all the time. Sometimes i see same thing at Liverpool gym.
  Has been times enrolment been for free.

  "Enrolment" and "Joining" fees are the biggest farce in the fitness industry. Particularly when they're gonna lock you into a contract anyway.

    Yes, I don't think there's ever been a time where there wasn't a "joining special" at this place either.
    I haven't been inside, but I walk past it most days and judging by the caliber of people there, I'd say that there's more steroids in there than in the entire North Korean olympic team. Not the kind of place I'd enjoy if I was a gym goer.

    No, the enrollment fee is normally $30 and 90% off gives $3
