Thanks to the 20% Toys sale plus the 20% off code posted earlier,
Little Tikes Lookout Swing is $270.36 including delivery @ Target.
This is the cheapest I have ever seen. Other retailers are charging up to $1,299 without delivery.
It doesn't appear under Toys category, you have to search for Little Tikes for it to appear.

      I debated building him something from scratch but figure plastic is probably safer than wood for a toddler. In the end building it will likely cost me as much if not more.

      And $270 is no more than and ipad or playstation and neither encourage kids to be active and outdoor.

        The prices are insane. Plastic in a box. I can't afford it, but wouldn't pay it anyway.

        I recovered a ton of free beams, planks, eco-deck over the last 2 years. Prob $300-500 worth new. Incorporating a swingset I got free off gumtree.

        Need to buy concrete, and plenty of labour (love) but it'll be a mad 'fort' for all ages, last forever. My 18mth is a beast on all the local ones. This will be built with no way to fall from top to ground, though. Being a boy changes things.

        @Utopian: my son is also a beast on the public playgrounds ;) loves to climb.

        I climbed trees heaps as a kid, so I'm looking forward to building him a tree house when he's a bit bigger.

  I considered this but the slide looks too small and the swings not very balanced because of the role underneath them, based on reviews I read. Good price though.
