          Yeah, the coupon is with us directly not the restaurant, so you do need to pay online. I'm not sure why it would only accept it cash when you're trying to use the voucher.

          It should work with all restaurants that accept online payment (and the one you ordered with does accept online payment).

          If it happens again in future, feel free to send me a PM and I'll look into it further. I may not be working though, so best to call us on the above number if I don't reply within 10-15mins.

    To answer Foodology's question, in WA in Madeley area, there is an Indian restaurant that does free delivery with $40 order. Zalika restaurant does a family deal for $40, very good quality. As my first 3 deals with DH collapsed and I got a $25 voucher from them, going through jolly wallet means I would have got this meal yesterday for $2 delivered (assuming jolly wallet pay up the $13). Have another $20 voucher to use so will probably order again from the same restaurant in a few days time.

    Those in sydney don't forget to tip your driver! They're dealing with this weather and earning minimum wage and usually plus $1 per delivery so $2 from you will make their night so much better!

        Me, I tip.
        Most of the restuarants around here only give $3-$5 per delivery to the poor student-looking guys that do the deliveries, mostly in their own cars. I did it myself at that age and it was a shitful and thankless job. Evey extra few bucks helped. You should tip your driver, he is bringing you your almost free dinner in the rain, you scrooge.

    Must be my unlucky day. First pizza order got cancelled but Delivery Hero was nice to provide an alternate code.

    The second order still hasn't come - just gave them a call and they said they forgot and i'll need to wait 30mins…

    Really sucks when you get home from a long day, expecting a steal but instead an empty stomach awaits.

    Had my delivery yesterday coming from the restaurant owner in WA. I was surprised because I thought DH are supposed to make the deliveries.

          I'd focus on that fact, before making any trouble for DH, the Thai-guy, us other OzBers hoping to get lucky tomozza, etc.…

          You 'paid' for the food (minus $15) and you got the food delivered to your door, so please consider NOT contributing to the ruination/cessation of this weird prolonged free-food trip by making trouble for DH/ the joint in question/ etc., in an attempt to get a second lot of food delivered completely free, on top of the discounted food you've already successfully had delivered.

          Just a suggestion.

          Hi GnarlyKnuckles - many thanks for your slightly bizarre message which gave the impression I was going to bring the house down around me and cause trouble for all involved. Yes food did indeed turn up at my door, but if you'd bothered to read my post you would have seen that no one was home, so I received no food. Nor am I trying to receive "a second lot of food delivered completely free". The discount involved here is fantastic and I've used it twice to date. On both occasions I paid my balance, tipped my driver, and wrote a positive review for the restaurant involved. The discount deals that occur again and again with DH are a fantastic thing, long may they last. At the same time all of us are still paying towards and expecting to receive food. For actual angry people have a check back over DHs very first $20 off here that went badly wrong. I was moving house yesterday, in that weather, so if my order hadn't arrived we would have had a serious problem, no food, no fridge and a hurricane. The food did arrive, it was lovely.

          I would suggest you read peoples post accurately before tarring and feathering them

    Give Trono pizza a try. Between clayton to bentleigh VIC area. They have great pizzas especially seafood deluxe! Most vouchers used for it!
